Giving back is a key value of El & Gray Design. That is why we are thrilled to partner with Emerge Mothers Academy. Their mission is to "Equip Single Mothers to Emerge as Confident Women and Caring Moms".  When you buy a pair of earrings, a pair is donated to Emerge. Their Work Preparation program provides business suits and jewelry to single moms in preparation for job interviews.
