Giving back is a key value of El & Gray Design. That is why we are donating one pair of earrings for every pair sold to Emerge Mothers Academy.
The mission of Emerge Mothers Academy is to "Equip Single Mothers to Emerge as Confident Women and Caring Moms". Their services include; parenting classes, social work and counseling, work preparation, and a micro-loan grant program.
Their Work Preparation program provides business suits and jewelry to single moms in preparation for job interviews. I can't think of a better way for El & Gray Design jewelry to be used!
